There is another second building going in behind the medical/dental office facing Stone Oak. Anyone know what it will be?

A Starbucks employee told me that the two structures are a dental office and a car wash. Boo.

Let’s resurrect this one. There is a new retail building going up, anyone know the tenants? Also rumors or a “proposed” 7-Eleven.

Idk about a 7/11 but QuickTrip is really expanding here aggressively.

I'd hate to have their dirt/rock moving bill. A year of heavy machinery and noise.

Imagine the dirt and dust to those living nearby. Which is why I avoid that area like the plague now.

Pity the people who live south of 281 and Evans. Talk about dust.

I looked closer today and I don’t think there’s enough space for a gas station at the current construction site. While we need more out here it would be an awkward location. I haven’t noticed the dust much since the original excavation years ago and I now live near that intersection.

281 and Evans is a different story. It’s a nightmare. I do know when they were building homes initially they were required to disclose 281 would eventually be a highway-that would have been 15 or so years ago. I did notice the prices were a lot more reasonable in the adjacent neighborhoods this year so I’m afraid it may be affecting values. I specifically told my realtor not to pull houses from them as I did not want to be near the construction much less the impending highway.
