Luminaria to illuminate S.A.'s art scene -- and parking's no excuse

"If at all possible, please come downtown Saturday evening for a chance to check out a lot of cool, free entertainment.

By now, we hope you have heard and read about Luminaria, the downtown festival showcasing San Antonio art and artists.

It's about different types of music, different types of visual arts, live dance and theater performances, gallery exhibitions and museum openings.

Don't sweat the parking situation it's free at the Alamodome (trolley included). Or snag a spot at the St. Mary's Street garage.

This isn't a fundraiser, and nobody's asking for donations. It's just a way to show off this city's creativity.

Rather than single out any specific exhibit, we'll just say to go to LUMINARIA: Arts Night in San Antonio | March 15, 2008 (http://www.luminariasa.com - broken link) for a complete listing and schedule."
