I just drove by there, and the only ground breaking there is the signs on the ground. Well, there is land cleared where the streets are going to be, I assume. I like the idea of City Base South better than CB West here on military dr. That area of 410 needs a little life. And theres already enough traffic on military here by Brooks.
Tenants? Maybe they should put a Walmart there so that there can be 3 within a 5 mile radius.

I saw a story on this last night. They said this project has a $300 million price tag. Nice. Will the southside get a decent book store now? I wonder if a Taco truck will be in the parking lot.
