Yeah... there's Mickey D's and Whataburger... but how about a dedicated coffee place?

I usually wind up in the drive-thru line at some Starbucks or other just because I can't think of any other places in town. I wish Local Coffee had a drive-up because their coffee is terrific. (Yeah, it's really expensive.) Press Coffee near SAC is good, too, but no drive-up.

Sometimes I don't want to get out of the car, and sometimes I'm not dressed to be seen in public (not exactly pajamas, but close). I live just north of downtown but south of Hildebrand. Is there some cool place I'm just not aware of?

Not in your area but if you're ever around 281 and Thousand Oaks there's a new place that's drive thru ONLY called mudslingers at Thousand Oaks and Henderson pass. They're new. They're local and they have great coffee. Give em a try.

Great- thanks! I'm out that way a lot because I take my cats to the Alamo Feline Health Center at 1000 Oaks & 281.

"the hut diner" off of Fredericksburg. I believe they have a drive thru, but someone else may need to confirm.
I've always wanted to stop by, but have yet to. It has good reviews for what that's worth.
