There is a new WING STOP location at Austin Highway by Loews.
Also, EARL ABEL'S (Austin Highway) is now open until 11:00-12:00 at night  |

It's been awhile but BILLY T'S BURGERS on Austin Highway closed. Shame, they had good fresh cooked burgers and tots, plus an outdoor patio.
Also, the TACO CABANA on Perrin Beitel across from Chachos has closed

What happened to that buffet at wurzbach and 10? Near the callaways that shut down?
The logo for the buffet looks like fire, I think it used to be a golden corral, how did that not make it?
I have seen it a few times, and meant to post awhile ago...

We tried El Papalote last night and discovered it is very good. The menu has lots of taco combinations (beef, chicken and shrimp), burgers, steaks and salads. Every table gets some hearty chips, 3 kinds of salsa and pico de gallo. The margarita was excellent, too. We'll be back!

Yeah, that's what it looks like. I believe the owner of Billy T's was made an offer he couldn't refuse last year, so he took it and closed the place down on short notice.
Looking at the City's website for building permits issued, I see recent permits have been obtained by Cerroni's Purple Garlic for remodeling of an existing building at the former Billy T's address. |
