Another casualty - the Riviera Maya on Loop 410, which opened about a year ago, now has a for sale/lease sign out front.

Is that the next to Garden Ridge? if so it was called pepe's at one time and ate there once and it was awful.

Hungry Horse cafe on West Ave is now closed. A new resturant/bar took it's place.

I will miss their chiken fried steak and awesome bran muffins.

Took a walk over to what used to be Luca (at the bottom of the Fairmont Hotel). It's now Signature, and is owned by the same company that runs Bin 555 (among others). May try it out for lunch today...
