the 6th carl's jr is being built by alamo ranch on the far north west side.

Arby's in Schertz at the corner of I-35/3009.

I know I know... not a real restaurant. I wanted to try their new Angus Cool Deli in the wrap version rather than the bun.

I specifically order the wrap version... they give me the bun instead. Not a big deal but not cool to get it wrong either. Not only that but there are no straws and the self-serve drink station. My dining partner got their 'Shroom which seemed to have canned mushrooms rather than fresh. <ugh>

The Cool Deli in the bun was decent and I enjoyed it. Half the size would have been better for lunch... but this is a one size fits all order. Hmmm.

640 calories, 8 grams of saturated fat, but a whooping 1760 mg of sodium... and after listening to last nights report about restaurants not being accurate with the nutritional ingredients I'm not sure I should trust that.

Eh... its fast food... what can I expect? Ah yes, exactly what I got.

I will need to cut back on supper.

- Silo at 1604.
I had the Oak Beef Tenderloin from the prix fixe menu. It was good.

- Pizzarita's downtown
Had a couple slices of pepperoni pizzas. They were decent

There is a new pizza place in Stone Oak (Stone Oak/Hardy Oak where Run On is located). I haven't been here though so can't say if it is good or not. It is a pizza place from Mexico.

The website is in spanish ...FYI

Capricciosas Pizza Gourmet

La Vie on MW Military near the monster HEB has shut down. No wonder at all that a cafe could not make it - HEB has that 'on the run' orange plate for a few bucks. Prices other nearby vendors out.

They might have made it if the plaza had many more clients than just the HEB and some little things. There was supposed to be a Barnes and Noble but that didn't happen.

It was a nice place.

It's not just price that ran them out, it was exposure. I go to that HEB 2-3 times a month and I had no idea there was a restaurant in that shopping center.
