Default New small building in Alon town Center?

Does anyone know what they are building the the alon town center right by the Chase bank there? It looks like it has a drive thru window. A Starbucks perhaps?

Noticed a new Bush's Chicken on Military on the south side. Not too familiar with the area, but it's in a fairly new shopping complex between a McDonald's and BofA a few miles north of South Park Mall.

This just proves it's a Starbuck's at Alon Town Centre. There is also a spot for a Whataburger as well...

Where did you get that map? Seems odd they would put a Whataburger there since there is one almost across the street from there(unless they close that one down to open a brand new one).

YaYa's Thai - going in the Sprouts plaza on I-10 and Callaghan. Where Fratelli's used to be - remember that? Then the spot went through other places.

Fratelli's used to be pretty good and then it went downhill quickly. Crappy food and weird staff!!

Too bad. Been to the other YaYa's - was ok.
