Jimmy John's is a personal favorite of mine that I also enjoyed before I moved here. Good deli sandwiches! I wish they would open a location in North Central SA, but north of 410.

The one time I tried Smash - it was a soggy greasy ball burger.
That area supports very heavy traffic flows. I am surprised to see them go. I used to manage the Jack In The Box at Bandera & 1604. When Smashburger opened there it was very popular and took some of our business. That JITB location still continued to be one of the top in sales (lagging behind the new Potranco location and a couple others).

Jimmy John's is a favorite of mine as well. I like that they deliver if I don't feel like going out but most of the time I will eat at their medical center location.

Cheaper than which wich too.

It appears the old Cheesy Jane's at Bandera/1604 will become a Fuddruker's. The signage is up on the building.

Stopped by Billy T's on Naco for lunch and it was closed, sad it did not make it at the new location.

Yep, heard they wouldn't go for the proposed rent increase.
