Red face Toms Ribs.

I worked at Toms Ribs From about 2005-2007, Loved that Job..the people, and the Food. The Man who Purchased it about2005, was the same man who Started all of the Taco Cabana Empire..He was a Sweet little old man. No doubt he ad plans for the place, had he had a few more good years left, unfortunately he passed away before he could work his magic and his Sons closed them down...Darn Shame, They didn't have the know how like he did for transforming the place into a moneymaker so they just shut it down. Sorry about you fathers Gift certificate. I wish somebody would re open it, With just a little hard work and some top notch managers..It would have been very successful.
