Been there, was not overly impressed. Some of the food was room temperature (meats). If you like tacos and such they had alot of that type stuff. I may go back and try again. Senior citizens $5.99 Mon-Fri, 2 pm-5 pm, but on the weekends it's $9.99 (ouch !!!)

Mon-Fri lunch-$7.99, dinner-$8.99...unlimited drinks for $.89.

That's just my take. Go and decide for yourself.

My dad and I have been there twice on a Friday for lunch. We both think it is a lot better than the other comparable buffet place. The decor is nice and the place looks clean. No sticky floors like the other place. Everyone that works there has been friendly. The first time we were there they had brisket on the line and it was sooo good. It wasn't there the second time. Boo! They have a good variety of rolls, one being covered in honey butter. Each day of the week has a different menu.

Friday is seafood day. Too bad they did not have crab legs, at least the times that we were there. They did have fried whole talapia. They have a seafood type of rice that is yummy. There is shrimp, clams, and maybe squid (i just saw the small tenticles, didn't eat that LOL). Along with the "food of the day", they have a lot of buffet items that are there everyday, such as sweet potatoes, green beans, corn, hotdogs, tacos, gorditas, ribs, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, pizza, etc.

The salad bar is great. There are a lot of choices, and the lettuce is green (which is a big thing for me). There is a window by the salad bar where you can see them prepping the fruits and veggies.

Other than the prices already mentioned in another post, they also have a deal, everyday after 4, buy one buffet and get the second one half price. Lunch Monday-Friday 10:45-4 is $7.99. If you go to the website and click on the menu tab, there is a $2 off coupon link. It is on the right hand side and it is kinda small to see. It expires 3/31. When we went both times, my dad was charged his senior rate, plus they took the $2 off coupon on top of that.

also, be on a lookout at the Old Village Inn off Pat Booker Rd. Looks like they've been working on it. Wonder what it will be? Can't be an IHOP cause there's one at The Forum already and not another Mexican restaurant because there's already Chuy's, Las Palapas, and On The Border nearby too. Keep me informed.

Yes, I've been to the original on Bandera and the 410 at Blanco store. For dining in, I like the atmosphere at the location on Bandera better. I haven't made it to the one on TPC Parkway yet, so I'd be curious to hear how it compares.

I like the food there. IMO, it's more like Southeastern barbecue than Texas barbecue.

Went Saturday night. Delicious food, great waitstaff, reasonably priced drinks and nice sized, flavorful portions.

Winestyles a few shops down was hosting live music, perfect as we were on the patio.

Were able to spend a nice 3 hour dinner in a lovely (besides the parked cars
)atmosphere. Park benches, potted plants and fountains flank the patio.
