The Stonewerks at the Rim is now open. A friend and I went Monday evening for dinner. I don't think many people know it's open yet. I'm sure it'll start getting busier once people know it's open.

It was fabulous as always.

I've looked and looked and I can't find the reviews on SC's blog. Where are they?

Go to the article (?) where he's blogging about Mr. Cod, and you will see a link for comments. A few people have gone and didn't like it.

Barbaresco restaurant, San Antonio. Who knows anything about them? They are located On San Pedro at Ramsey in the building that was Maggies. The building has been under construction forever, but when I drove by the other day it looked like it was close to being done. They actually had tables in there! I found this website but it is not very helpful. . . . : : : BARBARESCO, SAN ANTONIO TX. OPENING SOON : : : . . . I don't think the building pictured is the one here in San Antonio. So they must have another location. What's the scoop??

Co-worker picked up some tamales last week from this place - pretty good and they do not use lard. Granted this was my second time to ever have tamales...

Think they only opened at the start of the year.

Welcome to Tamahli

We'll be back from NJ/NYC Thursday night and I suspect we'll be giving Mr. Cod a fair shake on Friday. Hoping that they have had a week to get their act together. I do know that the owner as well as the franchise people have been checking back on the blog almost daily to assess the damage!

Not a good start.

Saw a menu and the prices are a bit high, but some of the kinds of tamales sound yummy.

Just saw the sign for Shipleys Donuts on Potranco, across from Freddies Custards, right next to the new Kennedys Chicago Pizza. Anyone know a possible opening date for the Donut shop?
