It looks like Aspen Creek Grill, according to names on building permits at the City's Development Services website.

Just found out a few days ago that Lorenzo's (Medical at Fredericksburg) is closing in the next week or two. It looks like that whole strip center is to be demolished, as the other businesses there have already vacated (or are in the process of doing so). We went for one last time last night, and were disappointed to learn that the owner will not be moving to a new location. He's shutting down for good, and pursuing his real estate business.
