IHOP being built in the Colonnade on IH-10. That's quite an advance in our depth of food offerings, now isn't it.

Yes, the IHOP is going in where the now-demolished Texas Land and Cattle restaurant was. Next door to that, a new 54th Street Gill & Bar is being built where the former Bank of America drive-thru was located.

I guess the new IHOP at the Colonnade will sort of take the place of the IHOP that was located a few blocks away on Wurzbach, between Datapoint & Parkdale. That IHOP closed a few years ago, but had been there since at least the late 1970s.
