And I think Bob's is the worst steakhouse we have in the city. I can make a better bone in ribeye at home. I will stick to the other places

I enjoyed Fleming's Steakhouse at the Quarry last weekend.

Our group started off with the Seafood Tower for appetizers.

The lobster, shimp and crab were just the right thing to set us up for the entree.

The salad was fresh, crisp and almost excessive.

I shared a 38 oz bone-in ribeye with another party. The steak was cooked to perfection and was tender and flavorful.

Other members of our party enjoyed the lobster tail, BBQ salmon filet, filet mignon, and seared tuna.

Sides included generous portions of mashed potatoes, asparagus, sauteed French green beans and baked potato. The medley, with the exception of the baked potato made the rounds and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Most of the group opted not to imbibe in adult beverages, although three of us enjoyed a red wine that was perfect.

To close out the experience, a slice of cheesecake and an order of lava chocolate cake was distributed among our party. The lava cake was so well-received that a second one was ordered and quickly devoured.

Our service was very professional, cordial, timely and courteous. She was rewarded accordingly.

All in all, our party spent close to $450.00 without gratuity but the occasion was special and the ambiance, food and experience was well worth it.

I will be back, just not as often as my pocketbook will allow.
