Default KB Homes

I actually live in a KB home (built in a nice area in 1998). It is all brick and I've had no problems (you know cracks, etc.). Some of the problems in San Antonio that they had is building houses on clay (northeast side). I see shoddy workmanship in houses being built around NW San Antonio by different builders. The trick is how fast they are building homes and if the foreman can catch the mistakes.
