I admit, the first time I saw one of their commercials my eyes jumped out my head and I was hitting the skip back button on the DVR. LOL Back in the day in Cali we had cranky old guys schlepping cars. Texas? mmmmhmmmmm!

I remember a long time ago there was a guy that would do ads for some car dealership, and he had that DJ type voice, and always ended his rap with "You came and see us" it annoyed me so much, oh, and if you bought a car from them, they'd give you a pair of Wrangler jeans..lol

The ones I can't stand are the tv ads for lawyers. Especially when they hire William Shatner

Tom Park I think was his name, anyone remember back in the late 70's the TV commericals where the guy would dress up according to the season. For easter he was the easter bunny, thanksgiving dressed up as a turkey or pilgrim. Anyone remember those, would pay money to see them again.

So are you saying in person she has her full eyebrows removed and shaves her forearms?

She isn't horrendously ugly or anything, but I'll give a vote for Vanessa.

Sorry, I posted a pic of the car saleswoman that I like, Jill Wagner (the Mercury girl); but keep forgetting the rules against posting pics that are not your own. Still, I want to get my vote in for Jill, Google her () and you'll see what I mean!

Cheers! M2

I guess it is pretty stupid to let it bug me, but I hated the 'twirly thing', not so much the finger movement, but the stupid 'look at my twirl' look on the models face.
I'm glad it's gone, yet my DH and I will miss goofing on it.

The ol' man and I don't recall any "twirly thing"...we weren't focused on her finger or her face!

If Tom park is the one for North Star Dodge...I have an interesting story. That same guy....does Dodge commercials in Orlando too. I guess he just flys around doing TV dealership commercials.
