I've heard that there are plans to create a business center at the end of NW Military just past Potranco Rd. which will be similar to the Pearl Brewery, posh businesses, upscale eateries and such. Anybody else heard these rumors and any possibility of them being true?

Do you mean West Military Drive? NW Military Hwy is nowhere near Potranco.

It isnt so much a rumor as it is a current proposal by a city councilman (I think that is who proposed it). I wouldnt put much stock in it though. At the rate we're goinh it will be 4 more apartment complexes with no alleviation to the traffic of Potranco/151

They are supposedly going to build such a development between UTSA Blvd. and Hausman rd. starting next yr. High end apartments, shops, etc. to rival the Pearl.
Gee I can't wait. We can really use more traffic over here.
Why can't they build apartments that the everyday Joe can afford, without being infested with section 8 trash?
