I've gotta make the dreaded trip to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and wanted to see if anyone could recommend one thats pretty quick. I use to go to the one on Perrin-Bietel (?) but it looks like they shut that location down.

Anyone have any luck at a particular location or is it gonna be a long wait at all of them?

If you go early enough to the one on Gen McMullen, it goes pretty quick. Anytime after 10-11 or so (in my experience) and the line is way too long. Same for the one at 410/Babcock...

I just had to go to get my license renewed.

RENEW ONLINE!! I just did, and now I get to look like I'm in my early 30's until I'm almost 50.

Try the new one in Universal City that was just built. I haven't seen too many people in that one.

I'd love to do it online but unfortunately I'm needing to take the written motorcycle test to get my license.

How about Universal City? Wonder if that one might be better to try. I'll call Boerne in the morning and see if they can accommodate what I'm needing.

I did that the time-before-last, but they wouldn't let me do it again. So I had to go in.
