Haha but FL is halting growth.

Miami metro lost 2,000 and some change last year.
Tampa-St. Petersburg growth halted to just over 30,000 when they were previously in the 50-60 thousand people per year are.
Orlando also slowed down dramatically to the low 20,000 a year area!

I would wonder why the EVERY state in the nation EXCEPT Texas is slowing in their growth numbers!
There was an article in Time recently about how Florida's crashing. They're starting to call it the "Sunset State".

My parents home value dropped from half million to 350,000 in one year. (Panhandle waterfront)

Just this past weekend, I drove up I-35 from San Antonio to Round Rock. I had not been up that direction in several years, and I was amazed at all the growth. Areas that used to be miles of nothing but fields and farms are now neighborhoods and shopping centers, from Schertz to South Austin.
