Home Depot at Culebra/1604... (Center, West: for sale, realty, title)

I noticed that yesterday (dec 10) they laid down a whole lot of pvc all over the place south of home depot and anywhere there isn't a building yet. It also looks like they were improving/grading the lots. Anybody know what's going on? Any idea what will eventually go in there?

This article from the business journal explains a little more.

I know that there are plans possible to develop that entire corner of the 151 and the 1604 that include the connecting of streets back to westover and wiseman.

I see on the site plan that there is a Methodist Hospital going in does anyone have more information on the hospital?

I found a site plan of the land behind the Home depot in Westover hills that you migt find interesting. If you go the the thread titled West side Medical Center
