I missed the mortifying times in my 30's, 40's, and now mid-50's. Maybe I have memory loss instead?

It's not as fun as it sounds. You only forget the important stuff!!

Did anyone else see the line into Sonic? It was going out of the parking lot, down Potranco! It was free rootbeer float night until midnight. They had a security person directing traffic!!! Seriously? It's a rootbeer float!!! The things people will go to for a free float.

people are so strange. Burn $5 in gas and pollute the environment (you know people here won't turn off their engine for jack) to get something that is maybe worth 50 cents? brilliant

And I wouldn't go to Sonic if EVERYTHING was free. Hate that place and don't see the attraction one bit.

My daughter has said lots of people are stopping by the Ghengis Grill to see if it's open. (People notice the employees in there and assume it's open, but they are all still in training.) But she told me that people who stop by are given a coupon...think she said 20% off. Not sure if it's for a whole meal, one meal, or what...but if you're in the area, stop by and see if they have any left to give.

Tomorrow is their friends and family day/night. So I'll be going to check it out probably at lunch.

Just stopped by Which Wich today and noticed the following specials:
Military Monday - 25% discount on combo (also good any 1st or 15th regardless of day of week)
Tike Tuesday - free kidswich with purchase of combo
Whacky Wednesday - some kind of discount on their signature sandwich

Also tried their "house chips" - a kettle cooked ripple-cut chip with pepper. Those were pretty yummy!
