I too have seen first hand how the business has declined. I was shocked to say the least when I drove to and from the Richland Hills Post Office on Friday around lunch time. He had very few cars in the lot.
You are right mojokitty he needs to run some coupons. Maybe he could advertise on the Villages of Westcreek Webpage or in out newsletter. I don't think it would cost much to have door hangers made and hire several teenage kids to distribute them.
Clint and his Family are too nice to see the place go out of business.

If you know him, maybe you can make these kind of suggestions. I know the first place our family looks for pizza is somewhere with some coupons and quality food. I think if he just tweeked a few things, he would have a booming business.

I would also suggest a bigger/better sign-- today was the first time I even noticed the place--it could just be me though

You are right about the possibilty of a bigger /better sign. Although I know it's there I tend to be drawn to the Freddy's Frozen Custard. It's eye catching.
I've never eaten at one of those. What do you all think of Freddy's?

Well, with all of the Kennedy's talk lately, I'm giving them another chance tonight. Hubby is STILL at work and little one and I are too hot to cook anything. So, pizza night it is. I hope things have gotten better from when they first opened! We're doing take out.

Freddy's is great and that particular store was (and probably still is) their best performing store in the country. It was insane for a long time when they first opened and now it's just busy.

MMM...the pizza was much better tonight than what I remember! Now, let's just work on some coupons people! It seems like they were really looking for some feedback tonight! They were wondering if I had been in before and if I was satisfied. I should have asked if they were going to get some coupons out.

The prices. He needs to tweak the prices a little. I'm not saying to bring them down to what some of these other chains charge but if you have a quality item I'm willing to pay a little more, but not be gouged. Whatever he may lose at the git-go he will make up for in volume when the pies are flyin' out the door. Some businesses are hard-headed and will not budge on price.

I tried to send an email ( www.kennedy@kennedyschicago.com) but it came back. I was going to ask about the possibilty of coupons.

coupons are also a good way to measure how effective your advertising is, but I haven't seen any advertising for Kennedy's.
