Not sure if anyone noticed but Carl's Jr. is coming to the 151 Potranco area. It will be right next door to the texas med clinic on 151

I just saw a sign for a Carl's Jr. at Alamo Ranch Marketplace today....

Pooorrrrr RD. He is ready to MOVE from this VERY HOT city to a cooler climate JUST as they put in dualing Carl's Jr's to drive him crazy wanting to stay.....LOL

Have not had a CJ's in years, but sure sounds like one is in my near future!

Not happy to see another red light going up on 1604, between Potranco and Marbach. This area is going to become like Braun, New G, and Shanefield traffic. Why can we not get some overpasses built? Wonder how much fuel we would save if not sitting in traffic? How would that improve the ozone alert days?

Roadway planning out here is non-existent. TxDOT had their collective heads firmly implanted where the sun don't shine. But, in the end, they'll get what they really want - more toll roads.

Our only hope is to get into the state's emergency fund. If it can be shown that traffic hinders emergency response crews, we'll have a fighting chance. But I don't hold my breath for that.
