I have ate several of them...up to 200 pounds. The best are 100 or less but the bigger ones that I've had we good too with the only exception being excess fat on the ribs. Trim that off or make sausage out of the bigger ones.

yeah, I knew it would be, but of course there were a few (at 5:15 AM) that couldn't figure it out.. I also saw a guy on a bicycle driving down 1604 just north of Marbach and it was raining pretty hard at that time of the morning. I saw the flashing red light and thought it looked like a bike light, but figured nobody would be that crazy..

Unfortunately, I made the run before you did today rd...had to make an airport run and was back in WC just before 5. The worst parts that I drove on were by 151 before getting onto 410; coming out of the airport; 410 just this side of Bandera Road. I didn't go through Potranco outside the loop but did see the barricades...and people driving around them.

Was there an accident on Potranco this morning? 2 ambulances and several BCSO cruisers shot out towards 211....

I met the owners of SB last week at a social media gathering - nice folks! I haven't been out to their place yet, but was excited to hear they're bringing it out here - yay for something NEW!

There's already one at Blanco/410 and somewhere else....can't think where right now. I think the gimmick is they "smash" your burger.....I've heard they're good. How close will it be to the Freddy's?
