and drunk.. that helps a lot too

I would never go flying around them on the right and they need to give room. A lot of people just park behind them like they can't do anything. It's like my special dog trying to jump up on the couch or ottoman. She'll analyze it for about 30 minutes and still miss and fall flat on her face somehow
I really need to get video of her one day

and what is wrong with going around the right side of people making a left turn with no left turn lane? Does everyone sit there and wait forever? Screw that. and nobody can pull out in front of you because the left turns out of that neighborhood don't have the right of way for anything.
But this DOES happen RD-- I live in Amherst and see this all the time! The people coming out of Amherst taking a left pull out because they figure the oncoming traffic is being blocked because the car turning into Amhurst is there- its not safe!

Found another link showing a newer site plan for Potranco Market. Being home last week visiting my parents, I saw that they were starting road work off Empresario and it made me wonder if major activity was starting soon especially since they are looking to open by Fall of 2010. Looks like some of the original stores are back on the site plan, including Costco, Ashley Furniture, Spectrum Health Club, Best Buy and Lowe's. Active leasing is currently underway to fill the retail and restaurant space since the site plan looks to be almost the same size as Alamo Ranch Marketplace.

Saw one of the news helicopters flying around the 1604/Potranco area about 3:30 PM. Not sure what was going on.
