I think they should put in road spikes...when they put out the barricades, activate the road spikes. You go through and you get four flat tires.

Default Wok Inn on Potranco.....

About 6-8 weeks ago, my family ordered take out from Wok Inn on Potranco. The meal was decent, but they go my husband's order wrong - way wrong. It had been a long day and we didn't feel like driving all the way back over there to pick up the proper entree so the manager assured us that he would give us a complimentary entree next time we came in. He took our name down and said to mention it next time we ordered.

We tried to do this tonight and they had no record of it. They seemed unwilling to do anything about the mix-up so we've pretty much crossed them off our list of places to dine at. With all the other competition opening up in the area, you'd think they'd recognize the importance of customer service.

they were just clearing out a gravel truck vs. what was left of what looked like a black or dark blue Chevy Cobalt on NB 1604 right before the Potranco light. The gravel truck obviously won and whatever that car was, it is not anymore. Hopefully whoever was in it was OK because it was seriously mangled.

he drives trucks and the driver of this truck was just fine. I couldn't even see any damage on it. It was the car that was the big loser.

Any word on the new "Potranco Marketplace" shopping center that is supposed to be built south of the Wal-Mart SuperCenter, on the SW corner of 1604 and Potranco?

I don't understand how people think they can win with those big trucks

I try to get around them as fast as I can. Big trucks and motorcycles are the two things I avoid most. Toyota Tundras and Ford Mustangs are a close second..

I don't think that shopping center can handle any more traffic. It's already jacking up Potranco for a good chunk of the day.

I heard the rumor about costco coming again and of course it was from a " reliable" source. Anyone else heard anything new?
