Definitely a gas station. I saw them installing the tanks.

It looks like the gas station will be in the middle of the building, with room for another business on either end. One of the ends has a drive through window.

It's going to be a Church's Chicken. I just passed through there and saw a crate with the signs. Also there was a sign for the USPS. I couldn't really tell but it looked like there was also sign for a Shell gas station which would be odd since down the road there's a shell. I may be wrong.

Anyone hear when Planet Fitness will be completed? I saw their sign went up the other day on 1604. So much for a Spectrum in the area (old news, I know).

My wife is ending her classes at the Karate studio for now, we couldn't get enough people to work out!! Sad!

I saw that the karate place was now having Zumba classes. Anyone else saw the signs?

Yes they are - I don't think they've started yet, but soon.
