THREE really - I-10; 281/1604; and I35 at Shertz. We were in the I-10 COSTCO last weekend and it was just like the day before Christmas Eve - SLAMMED!

Boo hoo! I freakin HATE Wendy's. Gross.

Oh well. Thanx for the info. Now I can stop hoping it's a decent nearby place for our school fundraiser/spirit nights.

I was hoping for a CFA. Wendy's isn't too bad. Would really, really like to see the mom -and-pop shops instead!!! (Sips anyone?!)

Also - I notice they were digging trenches on 1604 from Military to Wiseman? Anything coming in that area?

What's the word on Sips? Are they still over there off 211? That was a great pace when they first opened.

Nope - they closed down awhile ago.

That's a shame. Bad location I guess. To hard for the public to get to them. Alamo Ranch maybe? But the rent is so expensive for a small place.

They had a bad landlord at the original place next to the meat market, and moved out to the TRC, but that place was just a little too isolated for them.

I know, I remember the day they opened. Their food was great and the couches were great. They never should have strayed from that idea. Maybe they will make a come back one day.

A Walgreen's employee told me today that the store at Grosenbacher and Potranco should be open by October. Apparently her store manager will move there. Hopefully CVS will be as quick.
