Anyone know what is happening on Potranco between 151 and Ingram? There is a huge track of land that is being moved and worked on. More Apartments?

We are new to Park Place. We enjoy living there and our neighbors are awesome people. I'm just kicking myself for not renting in another subdivision with a pool. I get sad driving by our sister subdivisions crystal blue pool.
I was interested in buying but maybe I'll look in Trophy Ridge

I heard that we are getting a Shell Station on the corner of Potranco and Talley. Will be nice and close to get gas for the lawn mower without having to go down to Walmart.

Looks like there is also a bus stop going in at the CVS.

What's under construction at the Sea World administration entrance on Military Drive?

Probably more employee parking. It looks like that area is Sea World property.

Sea World's parent company is selling off adjacent land. I read something about a church buying one of the parcels. Not sure if that particular one is it.

The Shell station at that corner will be really convenient.

And I can second hearing that a Mormon church is going near the entrance to SeaWorld.

Really bad accident at Potranco and Talley Rd this evening. Took me 30 mins to get from Walmart home. Had to detour through the CVS parking lot to get around the accident scene. Helicopter landed in the street to airlift the injured.
