I'm sure there's a thread for this somewhere, but...

Got my property tax bill in the mail today...not too shocking this time!
Not too sure if they roll out by zip code or what, but if you're in Trophy Ridge, check your mail!

I'm in 78250 and got mine today. Since you're pleased with yours, maybe you wouldn't mind paying mine?

Merry Christmas, Bexar county tax assessor. I hate you.

I'm in 78253. Nothing in mail (sometimes I get a notice and sometimes I don't). Anyway, I looked on line and mine went up $243 this year. Now I am back where I was two years ago before we got the property tax break thanks to higher assessments and tax rates this year.

Anyone notice that Big's is now open on 151 and Potranco? I also noticed that they have two retail shops on either side of the building...

That new mega huge gas station. I saw it was open the other day too! I don't understand what the big (pardon the pun) deal is about that place? Why is it so enormous? How many people stop for gas? I guess it's built for the Sea World Crowd???

oh, it's actually called Big's? I just thought it was a Texaco or Shell (can't remember what gas they sell).

Evidently there is also space for lease in or around the building?--at least that's my conclusion based on the sign I saw the other day.

It reminds me of that Buckee's that you see on the way to Houston. It's a huge megaplex of some sort.

That Buc-ee's is amazing! There is a Big's already--on 281 somewhere and I can't remember where just now--but it's not nearly as nice as the Buc-ee's.

IT"S A BEAVER!!
