I hope it's not the Spectrum giving how small it looks. I though the Spectrum was going to be more deeper into the "mall".

I guess they had to change their location because the power lines went right over the kids club area. Ug. So, who knows what's going on.

HUGE Spectrum news!!!

I just found out today that Spectrum is not going to be at Potranco/1604. Instead they are going to be at Potranco/151! At first I was a little bummed, but honestly, the less crap we have out our way, the less traffic which means, keep the traffic at 151 and ARP! Right? So, I guess it's going to be huge with the Kids club being something like 7000 sq ft??? It's also going to have a cafe and everything in it too. They told me it's supposed to be comparible to the Rogers Ranch Spectrum. Everyone says it's just supposed to be awesome! I'm super excited. They say it's going to be open by next fall. I'm wondering if they are going to move into that huge building that is sitting empty at 151 (I think it used to be a furniture store or something?). Just wanted to pass along the latest news!

I think the building you're thinking of used to be an Albertson's (right behind the Shell station right?), but now SAWS uses it for something?

I don't know if SAWS uses that building, I thought it was empty. It IS true that Spectrum is building at Potranco 151 which in my book is AWESOME! I can't wait to not have to drive all the way to Bandera to work out! My car will thank them too!

There are (well, at least there were--I haven't paid much attention to it lately) signs on the building that say SAWS.

Me for one can do without something else going up at Potranco/151. I have a heck of a time getting out of my community and it's just going to get worse as things get built. I have had too many near misses and people love to use Potranco as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
