I remember when KISS/KMAC used to sign off at 12 am...

I think 99.5 is the only station in america still playing stabbing westwards's "save your soul" that station is stuck in the 90's

if they say nine inch nails are next, how much you wanna bet its "head like a hole"

Nice article in Sunday's (todays) paper about Joe Anthony and Lou Roney and some of the bands (RUSH, TRIUMPH, MOXY, ANVIL, KILLER DWARFS) from Canada that they helped break in the US. The GODFATHER lives on!

99.5 and 97.7 both kind of suck. They seem to play the same 10 songs in a loop all day. Chances are that you'll hear Peal Jam or Nine Inch Nails at least once every 20 minutes.

They seem to like those songs like "black hole sun" too much. Like someone said, they're fascinated with the 90's and need to move on.

Personally, I like the sound of Lisle's voice in the morning. I can't stand peppy, excited voices in the morning, and I find Lisle's voice a lot more soothing. It's early, I'm on the way to work, I'm not excited - I'm grumpy and tired, and I don't want to hear bubbly, annoying voices, like the girl on 94.1 with Woody. She has the the most annoying voice in the world! She sounds like a 10 year old, and I don't want to hear any advice/wisdom offered by someone who sounds like they are in elementary school.
