I haven't shared any photos for a while, so I thought I'd post some fairly recent stuff I've captured from here in San Antonio. Enjoy.

What rig are you using in these shots?

My eye and index finger.

Thanks for the compliments everyone. I may start posting images more frequently - within reason of course. Most of my work goes to my facebook account, blog, or web site. I should however have some new San Antonio "Street" material in the coming weeks. It might not get posted until I return from a trip up to Washington for some Landscape photography.

Is basic info such as what lens you're using some kind of trade secret or something?

The shots look great, especially with the low lighting.

No. Not particularly. It's just something that gets joked about when photographers, from hobbyists to pros, ask about equipment instead of more pertinent topics dealing with photography. It's like asking a carpenter which brand of hammer he uses instead of how he became a carpenter and how to actually succeed in carpentry. I guess it can be relevant, but to a small extent. Regardless, my post was meant in a jokingly way - which I'm sure you realized.

FWIW, I was using a Nikon D60 (great camera but have since sold), either a 35 or 18-55 lens, tripod, and remote shutter. The tripod and remote are a vital aspect to night photography, since you are using slower shutter speeds. More information, to those who are curious, can be found on my blog.

Thanks for the compliment by the way!
