When the Sex Pistols played at Randy's, did The Clash open for them? did anyone attend this show?

There was this response in the GBNF thread...

oh man, if the Sex Pistols are considered old, what does that make me? I had a couple of their albums (yes I mean vinyl) back in the day, but it wasn't that long ago..

You should see Steve Jones these days (he was the guitarist). He has not aged well; but considering he is 52 and the life he's led, maybe he doesn't look that bad after all...

He hosts a radio show now, and you can see pics of him with his guests here.

God Save The Queen!

Cheers! M2

I love the Sex Pistols. They changed my life! I too have always wondered who actually went to the show. I was about 5 years old when they played Randy's so I didnt make it to that one.

Great links there Dube. I remember reading about them and their stage antics back in the day and always wanted to go to a show. Unfortunately I still lived with my parents and they didn't approve. bastids
