I found a new list of stores, put it in the Alamo Ranch thread. Nothing earth shattering there though.

I was wondering what they were building in front of the Home Depot though...

I believe it is an Office Depot or Office Max. Also they're building a party store in there too somewhere.

I thought the depot/max and Party City were going next to Hobby Lobby. I'm curious about the construction directly in front of the Home Depot. I'm hoping its some good restaurants, the Potranco thread is making me hungry.

You might be right. Next time I go to Home Depot I'll ask.

I asked a few contstruction fellows in front at the site in front of Home Depot and they didn't know what was going up there.

I did come across this site from Weingraten.com about the Westwood Shopping Center on the Bill Miller's side of Culebra:

Furthermore, I found this to be a pleasant surprise by the city's parks & recreations department, a new development called Culebra Creek Park. This will be great for the families in the area with active children. (check page two)

I'm still looking, but I did find this thread on City-Data: Home Depot at Culebra/1604...

Unfortunately those links haven't been updated since 06... I did find something on a proposed Alamo Ranch Town Center, I posted it in the AR thread.

I still want to dig on this, I'm hoping they have some tenants already signed up...

I have not driven at Culebra & 1604 in a few months. I have been going an alternate route. How is the traffic there? Are they almost finished with the construction?
Thanks~
