We ate at Jim's for lunch today. I had never been and was pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty darn good! It was busy but we only had about a 10 minute wait and our service was fast.

10 minutes is not bad, but it can seem like an eternity with an infant and a toddler. Does jim's do takeout?

I don't know but I am guessing that they would?

I have three little ones so I hear ya about waiting. They have a crane game so that kept mine occupied while we were waiting. They also have colors and the menus have cow punchouts that the kids can color and then put on their straws. They also have pizza on the kids menu so that sold it for ours.
