I went to Freebirds this afternoon. It was packed. It's of better service/quality than the 151/410 location, but that could be from it being new.

Now, if a Chris Madrids and Firehouse subs opened shop over here, I'd would rarely have to drive more than 3 miles from home.

Is anyone else here signed up to be a mystery shopper at Longhorn Steakhouse? We "shopped" the Longhorn store at I-10/1604 on its opening night. I'm happy to see the one opening soon at Culebra. You can "shop" twice per year so by time the Culebra one opens I'll be eligible to do it again. Since Longhorn is new to the area, they don't have a lot of shoppers in their pool. (I only knew about it because I'd signed up when we lived in Kansas.) How it works is you get selected for a shop, you go to dinner, fill out a survey when you get home and they will reimburse you up to $40 for a dinner meal. Just sign up at focusonservice.com

Like, the hair place? Isn't there already one at Westover Marketplace? Too far maybe...

Sometimes I'll pass on even going across the intersection to the dry cleaners or anything else over there.

I don't think the knockouts is even open yet, but there's a Freebirds right there too...

Does anyone know why the land off Alamo Ranch Parkway (between Lone Star and Alamo Parkways) was cleared of underbrush? Has the property been sold?? (If so, what is going in there?)

Thanks in advance,

They have Einsteins bagels at Target.

Used to go to an Einsteins before I moved to TX, nice to know it's coming to the NW side.
