Final Four
We got tickets to the games!
I need hotel ideas. I haven't been to San Antonio in a few years.
Riverwalk is a no brainer. (LOVE Dirty Nelly's!)
I can't remember how close it is to the stadium.
Oh my gosh, I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ideas anyone?????????????

I would book ANYTHING you can get your hands on for now. Most are sold out. You can then adjust/change the hotel if you find something better...but get something locked in quickly!!

Failing that check craigslist. Last night one of the news stations was talking about that being one of the few ways to finds any kind of accommodations within 50 miles..... Mostly people renting a room or house on short terms. |

ANYONE interested in volunteering for the Final Four (mostly 4 hour shifts) can call the number listed in the website and watch the game for fee (ok, you DO volunteer your time, but hey, what the heck! Be part of it all....VOLUNTEER!

Where does it say that you get to watch games for free???? I'd be there in a heartbeat! Looks like the volunteer spots are for parking or drivers. Ticket taker spot is already full. Oh tell me...please tell me...  |

I know you're just the messenger Paka, but I think it's a shame that an event being held in a taxpayer-funded arena which will generate hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for the NCAA is seeking volunteer labor. Let the NCAA or the Sports Foundation hire some temps and put money in the pockets of San Antonians! |

Did you find a hotel? From the sounds of things, that might be as tricky as getting tickets!
