Checking those storms up around DFW, they look pretty strong and have heard some reports of nickel sized hail up there. Luckily no tornadoes there.
There is a tornadic supercell east of Midland in Glasscock county.

No problem
I've seen enough evidence from satellite imagery, radar trends, and model analysis that tells we will see an increased risk for severe storms overnight tonight.
The main threats will continue to be large hail, damaging winds, heavy rain, and an isolated tornado.
Here's the updated threat map I made

Are these models that you are refering to? I don't see anything on the radar.

This should get you to the current radar. Several boxes of severe WX west of San Angelo. Select loop to watch the direction and velocity of the front.

Well the hailstorm in the west side of the DFW metroplex hit around 7-8pm.. and was visible on radar then. The tornado warning for Glasscock county just expired.
I have a radar streaming from San Angelo on my server here:
I'm also checking the Del Rio radar as our storms should form in Mexico. You can see a disturbance
clearly on Water Vapor imagery here: 24 hour Weather Satellite Loop - NOAA\'s National Server
The RUC model composite reflecitivity kinda sees the same thing here:

I apologize for the close zoom in on that radar image I posted... there was a tornado warning earlier and I wanted to zoom in on the cell... I have placed it back in a general scanning mode.
EDIT: It's in general scanning mode now

That site is forbidden to me for some reason.
The weather channel finally showed me some weather. I haven't been able to see a radar image for a while on there. Now I see the system. Back around 8 o'clock Kens 5 radar showed zip as well as Weather Underground. Nothing tells the story like a radar loop. Not that I was questioning you Anthony, it's just that what you were saying was totally different from what I was seeing on the radars that I was seeing. I managed to get half of my tomatoes covered up. Keep us posted.

Try this one and select the subject area. Anthony's web site has a better picture.

No rain yet. Fingers crossed that it arrives overnight and doesn't go around us like so many systems have in the past few months.
