Got home this morning and my kid spent 20 minutes telling me about lightning and she couldn't sleep, even with mom.  They're so cute when it's storming!
Nice a bright now, tho! |

I was up around 5:30, noted the lightening and the far-off thunder, smiled and went back to sleep. If we got any rain, it evaporated before it hit the ground! Any more chances for it today or are we back to usual?

I blew off my SA weekend because of the forecast. Even though it's showing rain again this weekend, I'm ignoring. Texas just doesn't have consistent rain. It rains 15 minutes and then the day is gorgeous.
