Yep enjoying the rain here pouring quite nicely by the airport. I went and stood in the breezeway of our apartments just to watch it and feel the cool air

The reason you dont see much wind is because the storms were collapsing as we they were getting close to the Bexar County line... most of the winds you should have experienced occured before the rain started along the gust front. I certainly felt it here (probably 25 mph at best)

ahh, ok, yeah I felt it earlier. It was windy most of the day today, which is a pain with longer hair.. I almost miss those military haircut days.. Not!

and it looks like the rain is starting to stop over here so I'm going to bed. Would've been nice to have more, but this is more than I expected

I made the mistake of buying an energy drink and drinking it. I'll be up for a GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD while.

Oh well, I suppose I can get a lot of work done

We're gonna pick up some nice rain amounts here

according to my weatherbug Seaworld got .68", but I'm fairly certain Westcreek got at least double that amount. The hard rain only lasted about 45 minutes, but it was pretty hard and turned my street into a small river for a while.

I had 0.75" in my rain gauge. I think that may be the most rain it has seen at one time this year.
