so I take it you're not working off an UPS? Even the sub $50 ones will do the trick as long as you're not driving much and don't expect them to last long. They'll give you time enough to shut everything down gracefully, though.
Are you taking it to a shop to replace the PSU? It's a Very easy thing to replace. You just remove a couple screws and screw the new one in. I've done it several times without incident.

No PSU. The unit was behind a surge protector though. It's just a wild guess on my part because the puter I'm on now wasn't affected by the outtage and it's behind a surge protector also. I do all my own repairs at home...can't afford labor prices at shops nowdays. If it isn't the power supply I may be upgrading my mobo sooner than later.

We got some decent rain last night. Storm woke me up, not sure what time it was.

My wife decided to wash the truck yesterday, and swore it would rain because if it. I kept telling her it wouldn't, just because that seems to be our luck here in San Antonio. I guess she was right this time.

.18 inches of rain overnight at the airport. I saw the vivid lightning display to the east around 10PM and woke up to hear rain hitting the house at some point, but didn't look at the clock.

Nothing in Deerfield. Lots of lightning to the south. Some thunder, but nothing. All around 1:15

Over here in Seguin some parts might have got some rain but where I live--no rain, just a nice lightning display and some wind. I think we will have day 53 today!!

Same here, I washed my car and the Jeep Friday evening; but I am not sure if we got any rain over here by Helotes. The car had water beads on it this morning but I thought it was from the heavy dew. It'd be nice if it did...

Cheers! M2
