It's a shame that we missed out on this event too... we really could use some good soakers. Unfortunately I've been checking the long range models and I still don't see anything that hints a signficant change in the pattern... meaning that there are no serious rainmakers in the forecast.
Meanwhile, we're going to dip down into the upper 40's tonight -- bundle up!!

I'm questioning the timing of the storms and the strength of our trigger.. again we're stuck in a situation where the dynamics are much better defined well off to our north. We'll see the hit and miss variety with a potential squall overnight... but whatever storms do develop do have the potential to be strong.

I'll predict it will head towards us in the early morning hours and completely fall apart just as it gets to SA and then magically form back together and nail Houston.. Looks like pretty much every storm we've had in the last 6+ months
I do hope we get some rain though
