gotta love the VA.. I'm appealing a decision, again, and they send all this paperwork, but attach the wrong form. The worst part was they sent the instructions for the correct form, which made me think I was going crazy because none of the blocks made sense. Luckily they mentioned the correct form in the 50 pages of gumpty goo they included..
I know what you mean- when we were first filing for retirement/disability--I swear- every time we called we got a different answer to our quesions, someone told us that those people who answer the phones are volunteers...I guess they figure since they are not getting paid, who cares!
