He's one of those that doesn't look at all like you would think, based on how he sounds. I loved the guy.

Wow...haven't heard his bit in years. His "and now, the rest of the story" line used to be my cue to finish my cereal and get my butt out the door for school. For so many years, I wondered what the rest of the story was!

RIP Paul Harvey

I think a lot of my trivial knowledge came from him. We listened to the one on Grover Cleveland last night. I didn't know he was the hanging sheriff that cleaned up Buffalo, NY before he became president. Erie County Sheriff's Office - History - Grover Cleveland the story we listened to was on Patrick Morrissey, who stabbed his mother to death.

That's a big loss there
Wow, this is the first I've seen or heard this.
Surprising, because I visit numerous news sites... my home page always has news too....
His death would SURELY, I would think, be on the front pages....
Dang.....

Yes, you're right, a major loss......

RIP Mr. Harvey.....

I fear for those two NFL Players who are lost off the coast of Florida, as well as those who were with them.....

It doesn't look good for a recovery, the search spanned an area with a 750 mile radius.....

I'm about ready to replace my grass with rocks. I don't think it's ever going to rain again.
