and my wife can't understand why I hate the state of florida. Any time I read or hear about a beyond a$$tarded news story, I always say that must be florida and I'm almost always right. If it wasn't for my grandma, her family, and a friend I wouldn't mind seeing it break off and sink..

what is up with a lot of the threads here lately? They're getting pretty annoying and are turning into things that caused me to leave other forums.
I like learning about restaurants, history, shopping, new businesses and the like, but where the rich live and what area has what particular stereotype attached to it is just freaking annoying.. almost as annoying as people that don't use the search function....

Have you noticed how many are started by a brand new person--it's their first post ever--and they stir the pot and leave? And the same old people come on and spout the same old stuff about how magnificent/horrible San Antonio is, and the residents are liberal/conservative/smart/dumb/fat/whatever. It's silly.

I've noticed it's always a certain few. I'm guessing they're probably not liked in real life and have turned to the intraweb for their escape..

Hahaha, seriously! We should just consolidate everything into this one meandering thread. If you use certain words--liberal, gay, sophisticated, artsy, furniture, dull, conservative, FWIW--your keyboard will implode, and you can't post again until there's a vote amongst your peers.
