that area (90/36th) usually gets real bad rain for some reason. I'm guessing you're probably in a big truck, though, so no biggy make sure you splash a hybrid or two for me please

I actually drove my daughter's F-150 today. That thing gets pretty squirrely in the rain. But I can still manage to splash a hybrid

I'll admit I actually try to splash any prius I see, but I leave the rest of the hybrids alone. That prius just seems to attract some seriously uppity drivers for some reason; probably all the smug in the air.. (if you don't watch South Park, you didn't get that).
and congrats to djw for the 11,000th post in this thread

We are getting a nice rain here in WC and some thunder but not much else right now. There is some scary stuff to the southwest of us but I am not sure if it will track this far north. Lots of lightening and hail in that one.

Yes, it is sleeping weather! Both of my kids here are O U T!!! All the scary stuff is definitely going south of us. Hardly raining here at all right now.

Forgot to add, they have 3.25" hail south of us! Yikes!

yeah, luckily there aren't a lot of people down there. sucks to be the ones that are down there, though. They're getting hit hard

eesh, the KSAT weather guy was just talking about the tornado warning south of Pleasanton and said he's never seen that color show up on the radar before. It was a really nice shade of purple, but probably not so nice in this case

yeah, I left Lackland where it was dark and lightly raining with quite a bit of thunder and lightning. Drove up 151 to AR because I needed to get some shoes for my chow because I'm sick of all the mud she gets on them. It was raining hard the entire time on 151 until right before 1604. For some reason the road was covered in mud and then it was almost dry. When I left AR the sky was completely blue. Crazy, but I love the rain and the lightning. Good natural nitrogen should make this place much more green. The winter brown always drags me down.
