Well, Mr. Funnyman! Where have you been?! Obviously not reading about a zillion of my posts!!! LOL!! Green is my favorite place to eat. It's a fairly new vegetarian restaurant that's just N/W of downtown (West of I-35 on North Flores). green vegetarian cuisine - San Antonio's Only Vegetarian

And funny, I'm a purple fanatic, but can't stand the purple store in the mall!

Hee hee!!! Funny, this quasi-vegetarian thing and me. I'm a butcher's daughter!! (Well, before he became a jeweler. ) Major carnivore previously. Used to be, if you gave me a nice rib eye, I'd be purring all night.

OH!!! Second guess ....socialism?????

I should become one because I can't stand the production aspect of meat.. but it's so tasty.. and I've tried staying away from red meats for a while, but every month or so I literally start craving blood. It's odd, but I really do. and you don't want to see how I like my hamburgers cooked. If the bottom bun isn't red it's over cooked...

Welcome back, Jules!! Glad your daughter's OK--my niece had thyroid cancer several years ago, but she's like brand new now! Still scary, though.....but benign is a lovely word!!

Green sounds great.........if I was a rabbit. Unfortunately, I am a meat lover. One of these days, I'll need to change my habits, but until then, I'd like mine medium-rare, please!

I am with you on the runny eggs, though..........blech. My dh eats them that way, and honestly, I can't look. It's very disturbing.

And yeah, we gotta prop our buddy Anthony up this week....serves as a reminder to me to NOT do those things to my kids. That which doesn't kill him will only make him stronger, but it sure doesn't suck any less. I hope he knows we are all here for him!

Seriously, even carnivores could try breakfast there, tho! OMFGosh!!! Those blueberry pancakes are seriously orgasmik! There's some fab breakfast fare at that place! (And most ALL of it is totally carnivore friendly! )

And, fwiw, I'd never want to try to "convert" anyone. Hope it doesn't come across that way in my zealous love of that place.
