Ugh, just spent the ENTIRE day working on the house. Speed-mowing and trimming, cleaning up...then the A/C guy shows up (he's cool! )...I spend the rest of the afternoon working on my central.

It's finally cleaned out, ready to go. I did take a break about 5 to go look at our new digs, right up the street almost. It's 11 pm now and I still have to shower before I can get to bed.

Well we're not 'finished' yet but it's almost a done deal. I'll consider it sold when we get the check...

We're already lined up with a rental for now, a great realtor in our neighborhood. Actually, he's friends with the realtor we're using now, and they were talking and put 2 and 2 together. When we looked at the house we were sold! Now we just gotta move, but luckily it's about 5 minutes away.

Oh, well good luck! I hate moving, but I don't hate going to live in a new place. LOL I just don't like the work involved, but I love a change of scenery.

Nope, been on the market since last freakin august. Sheesh! But we finally got an offer - no showings for 2 months, then bam almost 12-15 in two weeks. Guess the market's picking back up!

*the bolded text wasn't a slam towards rd, just the housing situation in the US. Cheers.

I like seeing houses. I like to 'see' ourselves in different spaces - this new house we're moving to is nice, I'm looking forward to living there! The street is SOOO much better than Sage Run too. No maniac speeders/teens/idiots on cell phones/raging school buses, etc.
